THREE RIDE DEAL

The campaign package includes three (3) promotional one-way transfers in the capital area (Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, Vantaa) of Finland. Rate for the campaign package (hereinafter referred to as Campaign Package) is 100,00€. Campaign rate includes VAT 10%.

By booking the campaign package the person is going to receive his or her user access to Helsinki Limo Online Store to book transfers individually. Promotional transfers are possible to make until 31.12.2021. Promotional transfers can be booked and used on 01.03.2021-31.12.2021.

Cancellations and changes for the promotional transfers can only be made on Helsinki Limo Online Store. Helsinki Limo customer service is not booking, cancelling or changing any of these promotional transfers by phone or email.

Promotional transfers must be ordered six (6) hours in advance. Cancellations must be made six (6) hours before the booked departure time.

Promotional transfers are bookable from 1 to 4 passengers. Customer is responsible for making sure that all of the luggage fits into a sedan vehicle. Service Provider reserves the right to use all vehicles from it’s fleet for these promotional transfers. Fleet can be found from Helsinki Limo’s website on http://www.helsinkilimo.com/fleet.

These promotional transfers are not including any waiting time at the departure point or any stops during the journey. Any waiting time or stops will be charged for 1,00€/minute. The additional cost is paid directly to the chauffeur of the vehicle.

Service Provider has the right to postpone the reserved departure time, however, for a maximum of 15 minutes. The customer will be notified of any change no later than 30 minutes prior to the originally scheduled departure time.

Promotional transfers cannot be booked starting from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport or outside of the capital area of Finland.

There are a limited number of promotional transfers in the Service Provider’s system (a maximum of 15 units/every hour of the day). Helsinki Limo Online Store notifies the customer at the time of booking if the requested time has been sold out and it is no longer possible to book a transfer for the requested time.

Campaign time is 01.03.2021-31.03.2021.
